How a wedding morning works

Your artists arrive 15 minutes before the first chair time with everything they need — lighted mirrors, directors chairs, extension cords, the works. All we need from you is a spot near a window and an outlet.

The bride is never scheduled last. We finish your hair and makeup 45–60 minutes before you need to be in the dress, so there's a buffer for photos, gifts, or simply sitting down with a mimosa for ten quiet minutes. A finished bride who is relaxed photographs better than a rushed one — every photographer we work with agrees.

Before we pack up: final setting spray, lash check, lipstick blot, and the touch-up kit handed to whoever you've put in charge.

Bridal party pricing: bridesmaid or mother hair $85, makeup $85, both $160. Flower girls (under 10) $40. Travel outside Orange County quoted flat by venue — typically $75–$150.

Your timeline with us

  1. Enquiry & hold (12+ months out)

    Send us your date and venue. If we're free, we'll hold the date for one week while you decide. Booking takes a signed agreement and a $100 deposit that goes toward your balance.

  2. Trial (2–4 months out)

    Hair and makeup trials at the Costa Mesa studio, usually back-to-back in one visit. Wear a white or ivory top and bring photos of your dress. We photograph and document everything.

  3. Final schedule (2 weeks out)

    You send us the final headcount and your photographer's start time; we send back the minute-by-minute morning schedule and confirm arrival details with your venue or hotel.

  4. The wedding morning

    We arrive early, run the schedule, finish the bride with an hour to spare, and disappear before the photographer needs the room. That's the whole job.
