Puget Sound properties grow — and shed — twelve months a year. Leaves bury lawns in November, blackberries swallow fence lines by July, and winter storms drop branches exactly where you don’t want them. A cleanup visit resets the property: debris out, beds re-edged, surfaces blown clean.
Spring & Fall Cleanups
- Leaf removal from lawns, beds, and hard surfaces — collected and hauled away
- Bed cleanouts: dead growth cut back, weeds pulled, edges re-cut
- Storm debris and fallen branch removal
- First or last mow of the season and a full blow-off
- Optional gutter cleaning add-on in the same visit
Brush & Property Clearing
Himalayan blackberries and English ivy spread fast. We cut, dig, and haul overgrowth from slopes, fence lines, and unused corners, and can put the area on a maintenance schedule afterward so it stays clear. We also clear for fence installs, shed pads, and pre-listing preparation.
Steep slopes and wetland buffers need care — we’ll tell you what can be cleared by hand and what needs a different approach around protected areas.
Junk Removal
Old fencing, rotted deck furniture, broken planters, play structures, bagged yard waste, and general property junk — priced by volume, loaded by us, with the area swept before we leave. Donation and recycling drop-offs are separated whenever possible.
