Pressure Washing
Driveways, walkways, patios, decks, fences, and siding — cleared of moss, algae, and grime.
In the Pacific Northwest, concrete doesn’t stay gray — it turns green, then black. Wet months coat every north-facing surface in algae and moss, and shaded lots get it worst. We use commercial surface cleaners and adjustable pressure to lift buildup without etching concrete or damaging deck boards.
What We Wash
- Driveways and garage aprons — flat-surface cleaned, then edged and rinsed
- Sidewalks, walkways, and entry paths
- Patios, pavers, and retaining walls
- Wood and composite decks — soft-wash pressure to protect the boards
- Fences, gates, and play structures
- House siding, soffits, and exterior gutter faces (soft wash)
Done Carefully
Surface-appropriate pressure. Concrete gets the rotary surface cleaner; wood, siding, and painted surfaces get low-pressure soft washing with a mild detergent. No zebra stripes, no gouged cedar, no water forced under siding.
Moss pre-treatment. Heavy moss is treated before washing so it releases cleanly, with an optional post-treatment to slow regrowth through the wet season.
Tidy job sites. Landscaping is rinsed down and the work area left clean.
